# AICoven Terms of Service _Last updated: November 2025_ Welcome to **AICoven**, operated by **Andreea Elena Papillon** (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By using AICoven, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). Please read them carefully. --- ## 1. What AICoven Is AICoven is a workspace that helps you orchestrate multiple AI providers, manage shared memory, and collaborate with others (“Covens”). You may connect your own AI accounts (e.g. OpenAI, Anthropic, Google) and use your keys under your control. This is a **Bring Your Own Key (BYOK)** model — you stay the owner of your API usage and data. --- ## 2. Who May Use AICoven You must be at least 16 years old to use AICoven. By using AICoven, you confirm that you have the legal right to do so and agree to follow these Terms and all applicable laws. --- ## 3. Your Account and Responsibilities - You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide. - You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and any connected API keys. - You agree not to share another person’s API keys or violate the terms of your connected AI providers. We may suspend or terminate access if we believe you are misusing the platform or violating provider policies. --- ## 4. Bring Your Own Keys (BYOK) When you connect a provider account, your credentials are encrypted and never leave our secure environment. You are solely responsible for any usage or costs incurred under your provider accounts. We do not process paid model calls on our own keys. AICoven only routes requests using your connected providers or, where applicable, a small local model for free-tier users. --- ## 5. Coven Collaboration Covens are shared workspaces where members can collaborate using AI roles and memory. You control what data is shared within a Coven. By joining a Coven, you understand that certain messages, results, or approved memory items may be visible to other members. --- ## 6. Ownership and Content You retain ownership of your messages, projects, and connected data. By using AICoven, you grant us a limited licence to process that content solely to operate the service — e.g., to store, search, or retrieve memory for your account or Coven. We do not claim ownership of your data or provider accounts. --- ## 7. Acceptable Use You agree not to: - Use AICoven for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes. - Attempt to reverse engineer or exploit the system. - Send, store, or share content that violates the rights of others. We reserve the right to restrict access if we detect misuse or security risks. --- ## 8. Subscriptions and Billing Certain tiers (Initiate, Adept, Supreme) require an active Apple subscription. All subscription purchases are handled via **Apple’s App Store**, and your entitlements are managed through Apple’s systems. We do not handle or store your payment information. --- ## 9. Disclaimers AICoven is provided “as is.” We make no guarantees that the service will always be available or error-free. We are not responsible for the content or outputs produced by external AI providers. --- ## 10. Limitation of Liability To the extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of AICoven. Our total liability shall not exceed the greater of (a) £50 or (b) the total fees paid to us in the previous 12 months. --- ## 11. Termination You may stop using AICoven at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these Terms, violate provider rules, or create security risks. --- ## 12. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of **England and Wales**.
